Subject: Anyone Remember Edward Filush HQCO301
From Camp McCain
to Czechoslovakia his nephew 6 years younger than Eddie is writing about
him for the past 5 years. Any information would be appreciated. He was
in an A&P Platoon and survived the first battle of Orscholz at the
Siegfried Switch line. Eddie died 1 Feb. 1990.

Subject: BrigGen Louis Fortier
My grandfather was Gen Fortier who passed away in the late '70s. I would love to learn any personal stories or "tall tales" about him since I was too young to really remember him. If anyone has any remembrances to share, I would be most appreciative.

Subject: 94th in Brittany
Just visited your site. Several of us from the 66th Division who replaced the 94th in Brittany are interested in the history of the 94th there. We inherited your positions, your dugouts and so forth. We've read the book on the history of the 94th Division and the book "Not in Vain". I was hoping your website might have more information. We'd like to exchange pictures with anyone who has some and tell you what happened after you left. One of your rifle men told one of ours, "You lucky bastards!" as he left his location. We agree, but we'd like to exchange other comments. We have a monthly newsletter just started last year and would add any comments to our accumulating history.
