Subject: Information about 94th Division My father was
a combat infantryman who served in the 94th Division in Europe during WWII.
He is now dead. He had some souvineers that I always figured to hand
on to my kids. But for some crazy reason my mother thought nobody
would want "that old stuff". She was wrong. I remember he had
a small paper bound book that covered where the 94th went, it even had
pictures in it. Is there a place where reprints on something like
this could be purcchased? He didn't talk a lot about the places he
was, or I don't remember everything he said, He mentioned some place
called Campolz Woods? I'm not sure of the spelling. The siegfried
line. Of course Battle of the Bulge. He was in occupied Czechoslovakia
for awhile after the war, he mentioned the tension with the Russians was
high there. He mentioned Nurenburg, but I'm not sure if he was there
or not. Oh, his name was Roland W. Peterson, came from Minnesota.
Any help and information about the 94th would be very much appreciated.
Thank you.

Subject: Kenneth G. Staab I am trying to obtain information about my uncle Kenneth G. Staab who was from Pennsylvania. He was a S/Sgt in Co. L of the 376th Div., killed on 27 Jan 1945. All my mother and other uncle can tell me is he was killed by shrapnel near the French/German border. I am hoping someone can tell me more specifically where this happened. Also he was awarded the Bronze Star, but his sister and brother don't know why and I cannot get details from the Army. Does anyone out there remember him? Thank you,

Subject: John L. Schreier Does anyone remember my uncle, Staff Sergeant John L. Schreier, from St. Paul , Minn., Company B-319th Engineers Battalion. He was killed near Besch, Germany, Jan. 23, 1945. He and his men had just completed building a bridge. Supposedly, men from Company B & C erected 2 floating bridges in Germany at a later date and one was dedicated to my uncle. If anyone knew my uncle or activities of this Btn., please write or e-mail me. I am going to Germany this summer and would like to see the bridge if it is still there. E-mail: robbrose@ptialaska.net Thank you,
